Welcome to MedicsPK. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of MedicsPK’s clinic, hospital, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy management software, provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. By accessing or using MedicsPK, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the software.

MedicsPK is a cloud-based healthcare management system designed for clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, radiology centers, and pharmacies. The platform helps automate medical and administrative workflows, allowing healthcare professionals and staff to focus more on patient care rather than manual paperwork.
Acceptance of Terms
By using MedicsPK, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your medical facility and agree to use the software only for lawful healthcare and operational purposes. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is your responsibility, and any misuse of the system may result in account suspension or termination.

Pharmacy POS
- Pharmacy Point of Sale (POS)
- Medicine inventory management
- Sales, billing, and stock tracking
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, ensuring accurate data entry, and limiting access to authorized staff only. Proper use of the software, keeping passwords secure, and avoiding unauthorized sharing of credentials is mandatory to protect patient data and facility operations.
Medical Disclaimer
MedicsPK is a management system only and does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals. The software should only be used as a tool for managing healthcare operations efficiently.
Data Security & Privacy
MedicsPK takes reasonable measures to protect patient and facility data. All data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, and users are expected to follow best practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Subscription & Payments
Some features of MedicsPK require a paid subscription. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of services. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Service Availability
